Crafted Beer and Cider Festival
Saturday 12 September 2026 | Kurrawa Park, Broadbeach
One of the Gold Coast’s best annual tastings lands minutes from Koko this September. More than 200 craft beers, ciders and spirits from Australian independent producers, with live music and street food all afternoon. A Broadbeach highlight for beer lovers.
Den Devine live music
Tuesday to Sunday, ongoing through December 2026 | Den Devine, 15 Victoria Ave, Broadbeach
Den Devine is the neighbourhood’s live music anchor, three hundred metres from Koko’s front door. Local and touring acts perform across a weekly programme that runs Tuesday through Sunday, so there is almost always a set on regardless of when you arrive.
Gold Coast Show 2026
29 to 31 August 2026 | Broadwater Parklands, Southport
The Gold Coast Show brings agricultural displays, carnival rides, show bags and live entertainment to Broadwater Parklands for three days. A classic Queensland show experience, around 20 minutes from Broadbeach.
Gold Coast Eisteddfod 2026

This Moment: White Rabbit Collection of Chinese contemporary art

HOTA Gallery presents a major exhibition of Chinese contemporary art drawn from the White Rabbit Collection, one of the world’s most significant holdings of work produced in China after 2000. Free entry. Around 15 minutes from Koko.
Candlelight Concerts

Classical favourites performed by candlelight in an intimate heritage setting. The Candlelight Concert series runs several nights each week through to mid-November, with programmes ranging from film scores to the works of Vivaldi and Beethoven.

BLEACH* Festival 2026

BLEACH* returns to the HOTA precinct for eleven days of outdoor and indoor arts this spring. Under new Artistic Director Felix Preval, the 2026 programme spans live performance, visual art, family events and free outdoor activations across the Surfers Paradise cultural precinct.
